S. Jean Apgar (nee Vaught) age 80, of Cincinnati, Ohio passed away on Sunday, October 23, 2022. She was born in Whitesville, West Virginia on December 25, 1941 to Silas and Delta Vaught (nee Sammons).
She was preceded in death by her parents, Silas Vaught and Delta Vaught; also by 3 siblings. Shelby is survived by her beloved husband, Leonard Apgar; children, Pamela (Kenna) Thompson, Debra (Eric) Meyer, Sharon (Ken) Turner, Donna (Charles) Luhn, Rhoda (Evan) Fosler, and Kathy (Dave) Gish; grandchildren, Shane Watson, Tiffany (Drew) Small, Justin Meyer, Shawnta (Jobe) Martinez, Rachel (Caleb) Nye, Nathan (Megan) Turner, Matthew (Megan) Luhn, Emily (Penfie) Jiao, Jessica (Milton) Lerman, Alyssa Fosler, Nicole (Jon) Smith, Cory, Jake and Kyle Gish; plus 21 great-grandchildren; and a host of other family members and friends.
