Sammy es sobrevivido por sus padres, dos hermanas: Cecilia y Heidy; tres hermanos: Luis Carlos, Chris y Luis Adolfo y su esposa eh hija, Samantha y Lilliana Rose.

Lorenzo-Cabrera, Sammy, age 8 of Price Hill passed away on Saturday, March 1, 2014. He was born in Cincinnati on September 4, 2005 the son of Carlos Lorenzo-Hernandez and Isabel Cabrera Sanchez. Sammy attended the Academy of Multilingual Immersion Studies.
He is survived by his parents; two sisters, Cecilia and Heidy; three brothers, Luis Carlos, Chris and Luis Adolfo and his wife Samantha and their daughter Lilliana Rose.
