Stacy, Sammy Ray age 69, of Independence, Kentucky passed away on Monday, October 28, 2019. He was born in Hazard, Kentucky on October 11, 1950 to parents Leonard and Sue (Raleigh) Stacy .
He is survived by his Wife Anna M Stacy Two Brothers, Charles Stacy, John Stacy; Daughter, Jennifer (Jason ) Wiley; Grandson, Ethan Wiley; Grandaughter, Skylar Wiley; He is preceded in death by his Mother, Sue Stacy, Father, Leonard Stacy, Sister, Shirley Flaig.
A gathering of family and friends will be held Saturday, November 2, 2019 from the hours of 12:00 PM till 2:30 PM. Memorial Service will begin at 2:30 pm.
In loving memory of Sammy , contributions may be made to ASSEAOPA Club, for children with disabilities, 15 Bryan Lane, Alexandria, KY 41001.
