Sampson Perry, Jr., age 62, resident of Kennedy Heights, Ohio passed away on Sunday, November 29, 2020. He was born in Cincinnati, Ohio on January 22, 1958 to Sampson Perry Sr. and Juanita Perry (Nee Rocquemore).
Sampson was preceded in death by his parents and brother, Theodore Perry. He is survived by his beloved sister Arnita Pitts and brother James (Reta) Perry Sr, and a host of other family members and friends.
Sampson graduated from Woodward High School in 1977. He was dedicated to his work, working in the food service industry for over 30 years. Sampson was a faith filled believer in Jesus Christ and was active in his church's ministry. He was an avid Cincinnati Red's fan and loved to watch Jeopardy! Sampson was the true definition of a gentleman; kind, caring and compassionate. His family meant everything to him.
A gathering of family and friends will take place on Friday, December 11, 2020 at Connections Christian Church, 7421 East Galbraith Road, Cincinnati, Ohio, 45243. The wake will be held from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM and the funeral will begin promptly at 11:00 AM with Pastor Jeff Hill officiating. The interment will follow at Spring Grove Cemetery in Cincinnati, Ohio.
