Samuel Garrett "Gary" Bush

Samuel "Gary" Garrett Bush, age 65, of Independence, Kentucky passed away on Wednesday, February 21, 2024. He was born in Dayton, Kentucky on August 23, 1958 to the late Zeldon "Bud" and Judy Bush (nee King).

He was preceded in death by his parents, wife, Vicki Lynn Bush (nee Flanagan), step-daughter, Vicki Bridewell, brother, Larry Bush and sister-in-law, Chris Bush. Gary is survived by his beloved children, Amanda (Tad) Feldhaus, Andrew Garrett (Natasha Walls) Bush, Kayla Bush, Benny Shelton and Heather (Charlie) Barnes; sister, Gail (the late Paul) Lindon; grandchildren, Isabelle Feldhaus, Ava Feldhaus and Finn Feldhaus; his beloved dog, Gio; and a host of other family members and friends.

Gary was an avid sports fan who followed UK basketball, the Bengals and Reds. He also enjoyed NASCAR and all things cars. He spent over 15 years at Camco Chemical Company as a supervisor and was well loved by many of his coworkers.
