Harper, Sandra Ann age 55, of Cincinnati, Ohio passed away on Sunday, November 21, 2021. She was born in Cincinnati, Ohio on March 1, 1966 to Earl Harper and Sharon Topicz (nee Pilot).
She was preceded in death by her father, Earl Harper. Sandra is survived by her beloved children, Charles Jason Harper, Angel (Kenneth) Franzman and Kelli Harper; grandchildren, Kassidy Harper, Nevaeh Harper, Kenneth Franzman, II, Carrionna Harper, Maddison Flower, Frankie Franzman, Roman Calderon, Jr., Charles "Kayden" Harper, Jr., Melani Calderon, Sloane "Emmy" Franzman and Baby Calderon; daughter-in-law, Shaunda Snider; son-in-law, Roman Calderon; mother, Sharon Topicz; siblings, Angela Harper, Kimberly Harper, Jeff Harper, Carol Harper, Maria Harper and Michael Harper, long time friend; William Panero; fathers to her children, Charles Lawson and Dennis Roberts; and a host of other family members and friends.
A visitation will be held Saturday, November 27, 2021 from 1:00 pm - 3:00 pm with a service to follow at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - West Side Chapel, 3300 Parkcrest Lane, Cincinnati, Ohio 45211.
