Sarah C. Patton (Louella) was born September 20, 1930 to the union of the late Milton Sr. and Shirley (Shearl) Turner White. She was their first born. She departed this life on October 7, 2013 at Tri County Extended Care Center in Fairfield Ohio.
Sarah graduated from Wayne High School in Lockland, Ohio. In 1947 she was united in marriage to the late Louis H. Patton Sr. From this union four children were born.
She worked in the manufacturing industry, seasonal worker at the post office, K.D.I and Gibson Greeting Cards Inc., where she retired from on November 1, 1992. Sarah was a faithful member of Friendship Missionary Baptist Church and was a member of the senior choir. She also served as the president of Home Missionary Committees and later on as Secretary. She loved Jesus. In fact, she loved everyone and showed them with her big smile and hugs.
She was preceded in death by Terrence (her baby boy), sister, Geraldine Jamison and brother, Milton White Jr. Sarah leaves to cherish her memory, two sons, Louis H. Jr., and William C. (Rickie Dean) Patton; two daughters, Marva L. Watkins and Vanessa Ledford (whom she loved as her own). She also leaves behind one brother, Harold White (Louanna) and one aunt, Mae Frances Smith. She leaves a legacy of Faith and Goodwill to her grand, great and great-great grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends.
