Sean Michael Perkins, age 53, of Cheviot, Ohio passed away on Wednesday, March 22, 2023, at his home, peacefully in his sleep. He was born in Cincinnati, Ohio on May 23, 1969 to Robert Wm and Terry Perkins (nee Creel).
He was preceded in death by his father, Robert Wm Perkins.
Sean is the loving father of Blake Mason, Karlee and Kole Perkins, the devoted son of Terry Perkins and the loving brother of Keli Bright. Sean was a "great" uncle to Kori Bright. His puppy Daisy will miss him dearly.
Funeral services will be private.
