Shawn Dion Hicks

Shawn Dion Hicks, age 51 of Crittenden, Kentucky, formerly of Cincinnati. He passed away on Tuesday, July 23, 2013 at 9:15 pm at the St. Elizabeth Hospice Facility. Shawn was born in Cincinnati on August 1, 1961 the son of Daniel and Marjorie (McAtee) Hicks. Shawn had two loves, his family and magic. He enjoyed entertaining many people throughout the years at different events and venues. Shawn's love of magic began at the age of 6 and continued throughout his life. On October 14, 1989 in Cincinnati he married Cindy Gregg.

He is survived by his wife Cindy Hicks of Crittenden, Kentucky; his son, Brandon Dion Hicks of Crittenden, Kentucky; his mother, Marjorie Hicks of Colerain Township; his brother, Chip Hicks and his wife Cristi of Colerain Township; two nieces, Kim and Kellie; two great-nieces, Brooklyn and Reagan; two great-nephews, Payton and Conner; mother-in-law, Jackie Gregg of Crittenden, Kentucky; and many other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his father, Daniel Hicks; and his aunt, Noel Bell.
