He was born on April 24, 1970 to Lawrence and Edith (Suttles) Hafley at Cincinnati, Ohio.
Shawn worked for Baker Concrete Construction.
Shawn and Dawn lived in Colerain Township, Ohio.
Shawn is survived by his loving fiance, Dawn M. Dreyer of Cincinnati, OH, daughter, Phyllis J. Hafley.
He was preceded in death by his father, Lawrence William Hafley Sr., mother, Edith Jane Hafley.
Graveside services will be held on Saturday, May 11, 2013 at Crown Hill Memorial Park with Rev. Joe McCollum officiating.
