Shay'Liyah Crystalrenee' Frazier

I was born December 8, 2010; to my wonderful, loving and devoted parents, Ms. Chrisheena Phoenix and Mr. Kenneth Frazier. Mom and Dad were by my side every day, showing their love for me, and I thank God for sending me the two greatest people to love and nurture me. On July 5, 2011; God whispered in my ear and said "Shay'liyah, time for God's journey". And although, my early life was short and with complications, it was truly a blessing to have the time I had here with you. So, weep for me a short while, hold onto the memories of my smile, my laugh, my cry, and other things I achieved, and end each of those thoughts with a smile. I, Shay'liyah, one of God's tiniest soldiers is needed in heaven. So, when you think of me, Mom, Dad, family and friends, remember, I'm on God's battlefield helping with little ones just like me. Heaven bound, I leave to cherish, my loving and devoted Mom and Dad, Ms. Chrisheena Phoenix and Mr. Kenneth Frazier. My grand-parents, Cedric Robinson, Sr., Sharon Johnson and Kenny Frazier. My great-grandparents, Evelyn Phoenix, Raymond Phoenix, Sr., (Emma) and Donnie Williams, my aunts, Sharisha Phoenix, Ke'shan, Shanica, and Sharena Frazier. My abundance of great aunts, great uncles and cousins. I also leave to cherish, my many caregivers of the Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center, Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. My grandmother, Crystal Renee' Phoenix and my sister Nayonda Frazier proceeded me in the journey.
