Kavyanifardzadeh, Shelby (nee Crockett) age 63, of Cheviot, Ohio passed away on Monday, January 7, 2019. She was born in Cincinnati, Ohio on April 29, 1955 to the late Woodrow Wilson and Pearl Crockett (nee Ritchie).
She was preceded in death by her sisters, Diane Strunk and Vickie Spahn; best friend, Frances Stidham; and her childhood friend and confidant, Nancy. Shelby is survived by her beloved husband of 37 years, Mohammad Kavyani; children, Melissa (Joseph) Mulholland, Jennifer Johnson, Paul Fiorino, Omeed Kavyani, Ali Kavyani, Amir Kavyani, and Angelique (Michael) Himebauch; her beloved mother-in-law, Mama Zinet; siblings, David Crockett, Bertha (Keith) Yorn, and Wendy (Nick) Zito; grandchildren, Kia, Kaleb, Mariah, Solomon, Malachi, Kailah, Rayna, Tatiana, Adam; great-grandchildren, Rose, Kaleigh, Kaleb Jr.; best friends, Dorothy Esther, Mohammed S., Farsheed, and Reza; and a host of other family members and friends.
Shelby loved to cook and entertain her family. She was crazy about her grand-babies. Shelby was devoted to her faith and her family. She had a big heart and would never let you leave her home without taking something. Shelby and her smile will be truly missed.
