Shemeka Cynthia Jones-Tyus, age 29 of Cincinnati passed away on Sunday, September 2, 2012. She was born in Cincinnati on May 23, 1983 the daughter of Emery and Christine (Jones) Tyus. She was employed by DHL Global Mail Service.
She is survived by her father, Emery Tyus of Cincinnati; her son, Antonio Donray Johnson Jr.; three sisters, Shenna Jones, Lescine Jones, and Lakisha Jones all of Cincinnati; and many other relatives and friends.
Funeral service will be held at the Newcomer Funeral Home, 7830 Hamilton Avenue, Cincinnati, Ohio 45231 on Monday, September 10, 2012 at 11:00 AM. Burial will follow in Vine Street Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be held at the funeral home on Monday from 9:00 AM until 11:00 AM.
