Shirley Ann Smith

Shirley Smith, age 75, of Harrison, passed away on Monday, August 12, 2024. Born in Cincinnati, Ohio on August 9, 1949, Shirley was the beloved daughter of Jessie Saylor (nee Hicks).

She is survived by her loving children: Daughter, Erica (Cullen) Johnson; Daughter, Taschi Gabbard; Son, Larry (Amber) Messer; and Son, Timothy (Ronica) Smith; siblings, Juwetta Taylor, Sandra Garland, William Saylor, Billie-Jean Matthews, Jimmy Saylor; and Anthony Saylor. Shirley also leaves behind many cherished grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and host of other family and friends.

Shirley was preceded in death by her Mother, Jessie Saylor, and Father, Bill Saylor, grandson, Nicholas Meyer, siblings Ella May.

In loving memory, contributions may be made to the Humane Society. A celebration of life will be held Saturday, August 17, 2024 at First Baptist church Bright, starting at 2 pm. Located at 1920 N Dearborn Rd, West Harrison, IN 47060.
