Shirley Decarol Foster, age 76, of Mount Healthy, Ohio passed away on Thursday, December 10, 2020. She was born in Cincinnati, Ohio on October 27, 1944 to Curtis and Anna Ruth Adams (nee Snow).
Shirley graduated from Central High in 1963. She was a longtime member of the Bibleway Church of God in Christ.
She was preceded in death by her parents; and brothers, Curtis Adams, Jr., and Louis Adams.
Shirley is survived by her beloved daughter, Sonia (Tony) Alexander; son, Steffon (Angela Trankler) Foster; grandchildren, Shavonne, Antonio, Sharonne, Anthony, Shalena, Steffon, Jr., Stevozz, Thomas, Seth, Sa'mya, Sy'reek; great-grandchildren, Jeremy, Jervonte, Krishae, Natalie, Teaunte, Tesean, Zachariah, Arain, Elijah, and Leanna; sister, Joan Rice; Pam, Eddie, Sheila, Anthony, Jamie and many other nieces and nephews; cousins; former husband, William Lee Foster, Jr.; and a host of other family members and friends.
Family and friends may gather on Friday, December 18, 2020 at Newcomer Funeral Home, Northwest Chapel, 7830 Hamilton Avenue, Mt. Healthy, from 11:30AM to 12:30PM. The funeral service will begin at 12:30PM at the funeral home. Burial will follow at Vine Street Hill Cemetery.
