December 2, 1931 — April 3, 2014
CALABRESE, Sonya (Kokotoff), April 3, 2014 age 82, Cincinnati, Ohio passed away peacefully of Alzheimer's. . She loved classical music supporting the Philadelphia Orchestra and the Curtis Institute, loved great books and traveled the world. Sonya was an activist in the National Organization of Women and a tireless advocate for equal rights and aid for the needy.
She is survived by her son, Michael and his wife Carolyn Yarberry. Sonya was Director of Pubic Relations of Family Services of Philadelphia and previously, Assistant Director of Public Relations, Drexel University.
