Flatt, Stephen W. age 67, of Perry Township, Ohio passed away on Thursday, March 23, 2017. He was born in Cincinnati, Ohio on April 13, 1949 to Clifford and Helen Flatt (nee Brown).
He was preceded in death by his parents. Stephen is survived by his beloved wife of 49 years, Della R. Flatt (nee Naegele); children, Scott (Amber) Flatt and Lisa (Frank) Arnold; grandchildren, Stephen and Jeffrey Gregory, Jordan and Garrett Flatt, Samantha Lutes and Christopher Arnold; great-grandchildren, Mariah Lynn, Ashton Dean and Brayden Allen; brothers, David Flatt and Jeff Flatt; and a host of other family members and friends.
