Farmer, Sylvester Stanley age 82, of Florence, Kentucky passed away on Friday, August 11, 2023. He was born in Louisville, Kentucky on November 21, 1940 to Sylvester and Lorene Farmer (nee Sowders).
He was preceded in death by his parents and siblings. Stan is survived by his beloved children, Steve (Carrie) Kaminer, Scott Farmer, Peter (Michelle) Whitney, Nora (Phil) Cody and Jennifer Longo; grandchildren, Alyssa Whitney, Hayden Spina, Olivia Spina, Carly Kaminer, Brandon Kaminer, Zach Farmer, Brian Longo and Eleanor Longo; great-grandchild, McKinley Longo; and a host of other family members and friends.
Stan was an avid golfer, winning numerous tournaments.
In loving memory of Stan, contributions may be made to the DCCH Center for Children and Families at www.dcchcenter.org. Visitation will be held Sunday, August 20, 2023 from 1:00 pm - 3:00 pm with a service to follow at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - Northern Kentucky Chapel, 4350 Dixie Highway, Erlanger, Kentucky 41018.
