Sylvester Neal

July 19, 1945 — January 29, 2013

Sylvester Neal began his journey in life on July 19, 1945. He was born to the late Albert and Ossie Neal.

Sylvester attended Cincinnati Public Schools. He later became a Certified Cement Finisher and Journeyman, of which he was very proud.

Sylvester entered into matrimony to Diane Davis in 1964. Together they raised three children.

Sylvester received Christ at The Greater Lizzie Borro Baptist Church in Macon, Georgia.

Sylvester lived a full life. He owned several businesses and had many, many friends. He was well known all over Cincinnati.

Sylvester was a kind, generous person. He never turned his back on anyone. All who asked, he gave. He will be truly missed.

Sylvester was preceded in death by three siblings, Clifford, Inez, and Larry. He leaves to mourn six siblings, Albert Neal Jr. "Pap", Albert Neal (Mary), Ronald (Laura), O'Dell (Brenda), Betty Solomon, and Aline James (William).

Sylvester had five children, Annette, Sylvia Halbert, Anthony (Denise), Angela, and Kenneth who preceded him in death.

Sylvester had ten grandchildren and two great – grandchildren. All loved him dearly.

Sylvester leaves a host of other family and friends to cherish his memory.
