CHITWOOD, Tammie L. age 52 of Hamilton, Ohio passed away on October 29, 2016. She was born in Hamilton, Ohio on June 15, 1964 to the late Nora Green and Hugh Moore.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Nora Green, and Fred Green. Tammie is survived by her sons, Joshua Chitwood, and Justin Chitwood; grandson, Austin Chitwood; siblings, Fred Green III, Robert Green, Mike Withrow, Jennifer Moore; special friend and companion, Randy Chitwood; nieces, nephews, and a host of other family member and friends.
Funeral service will be at 11 am on Friday, November 4, 2016 with a visitation from 10-11 am at Newcomer Funeral Home – Northwest Chapel, 7830 Hamilton Avenue, Cincinnati, Ohio 45231.
