Tammy Lynn Hofmann, age 45, of Fairfield, Ohio passed away on Thursday, April 23, 2020. She was born in Cincinnati, Ohio on August 24, 1974 to Frank and Diane LaGory (nee Pohlman).
She was preceded in death by her parents; son, Nicholas LaGory; sister, Tina Hayes. Tammy is survived by her beloved husband of 25 years, James P. Hofmann, Jr.; son, Jeremy Hofmann; daughter, Kristian LaGory; brothers, Thomas LaGory, Frankie LaGory; nephews and nieces, Joseph (Carly) LaGory, Felecia LaGory, Briana Hayes, Keith Hayes; and a host of other family members and friends.
There will be a private family service.
