Terry Lee Goforth, age 62, of Cincinnati, Ohio passed away on Friday, May 22, 2020. He was born in Dayton, Ohio on August 30, 1957 to Arthur Lee and Winnie Jean Goforth (nee Johnson).
He was preceded in death by his parents. Terry is survived by his beloved daughters, LaRaye Goforth, Nadia Goforth; former wife, Sherry Goforth; siblings, Joan (Don) Conrad, Tony Goforth, Karen (Larry) Mounce, Lori (Bobby) Feltner, Kim Handley; nieces, nephews, and a host of other family members and friends.
In loving memory of Terry, contributions may be made to Glioblastoma Foundation, P.O. Box 62066, Durham, NC 27715.
Memorial Service will be at 4:00 pm Saturday, May 30, 2020 with a gathering from 3:00 pm - 4:00 pm at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - Northwest Chapel, 7830 Hamilton Avenue, Cincinnati, Ohio 45231.
