Terry Joseph Broughton

BROUGHTON, Terry Joseph, age 68 of Cincinnati passed away on Saturday, August 1, 2015. He was born in Cincinnati on October 30, 1946 the son of Alfred and Betty (James) Broughton. Terry was a retired coach and teacher with the Oak Hills School District. He was a wonderful father, grandfather and Papa T to many. On June 6, 1970 he was married to Ellen Bernius.
He was preceded in death by his parents. Terry is survived by his wife, Ellen Broughton; three children Kelly and her husband Nick Lackner, James and his wife Kim Broughton, and Karyn and her husband Brian Vanover; seven grandchildren, Elizabeth and her husband Andrew Gerbus, Samantha Lackner, Chloe and Colton Vanover, Riley and William Broughton; his identical twin brother, Jerry and his wife Judy Broughton; his sister, Janet Herzog; his two nieces, Meredith Miller and Pamela Haverkos; his nephew, Geoffrey Broughton; his mother-in-law, Chloe Bernius; his sister-in-law, Sara and her husband Matthew Mills.
A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, August 9, 2015 at 3pm at Whitewater Crossing Christian Church, 5771 St. Rte. 128, Cleves, OH. 45002.
