Thelma passed away on Friday, April 27, 2012 at Ivy Woods Nursing Center. She was born on March 23, 1923 in Tuskegee, Alabama to Henry Cooper and Olabelle Scott. She was a member of Union Baptist Church.
She is survived by Darius Burrell.
Funeral service for Thelma T Smack, age 89 of Cincinnati, will be Friday, May 4, 2012 at 11:00 AM at the Union Baptist Church. Rev. Orlando Yates will officiate. The family will receive friends on Friday, May 4, 2012 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Union Baptist Church.
