Thomas Edward Franklin

Franklin, Thomas Edward age 71, of Florence, Kentucky passed away on Wednesday, May 18, 2022. He was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania on February 25, 1951 to the late William and Erma Franklin (nee Hess).
He was preceded in death by his parents and brothers, Gary Franklin and Paul Franklin. Tom is survived by his beloved wife of 52 years, Jackie Franklin (nee Webster); daughter, Nicole (David) Siler; granddaughters, Chelsea Siler and Delaney Siler; siblings, Sharon Johns, Ronald (Velma) Franklin, Bill (the late Debbie) Franklin, Mark (Jennifer) Franklin and David (Yvonne) Franklin; sister-in-law Nannette Franklin; and a host of other family members and friends.
He was a mechanical designer for Alexander & Associates and has his name on 4 patents. Tom was an exceptional husband, father and grandfather. He served a couple terms as head deacon at Taylor Mill SDA Church where he was a devoted member who loved his church for many years. Tom was also a SCUBA instructor for over15 years.
In loving memory of Tom, contributions may be made to Taylor Mill SDA Church or Taylor Mill Christian Academy. A visitation will be held Wednesday, May 25, 2022 from 10:00 am - 12:00 pm with a service to follow at Taylor Mill Seventh Day Adventist Church at 5235 Taylor Mill Rd., Taylor Mill, KY 41015.
