Stephenson, Thomas age 46, of Cincinnati, Ohio passed away on Saturday, April 21, 2018. He was born in Cincinnati, Ohio on April 16, 1972.
He was preceded in death by his step-father, Charles Dobkins . Thomas is survived by his mother, Debbie Dobkins; his father, Thomas Stephenson Sr.; his children, Sean, Katlyn, Sarah Stephenson; his sister, Michelle Howard; his step-sister, Belinda Borne; his niece, Emily Lewis; his nephew, Peyton Lewis; and a host of other family members and friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, April 27, 2018 from 11:00 am until the time of service at 12:00 pm at Newcomer West Side Chapel, 3300 Parkcrest Lane, Cincinnati, Ohio 45211.
