Capell, Tony age 65, of Cincinnati, Ohio passed away on Thursday, October 6, 2022. He was born in Cincinnati, Ohio on September 29, 1957 to Douglas and Jernice Capell (nee Griffin).
He was preceded in death by his mother, Jernice Capell and sister, Cheryl Edmonds-Capell. Tony is survived by his beloved father, Douglas Capel; children, Eric L. Arthur and Toni Capel; grandchildren, Ion Blackwell, Avery Meyer, Anthony Meyer and Arica Arthur; siblings, Gene Capell, Virginia Capell and Denise (Keith) Capell-McClelan; aunt, Jennie Davis, uncle, Tellis Capell, aunt, Hattie Malcom, uncle, Thomas Capel; cousin, Lisa Davis; nephew Kelly Mitchell; friend, Doretha Barber; and a host of other family members and friends.
Tony loved music and was an avid football fan. He was very family oriented.
A visitation will be held Friday, October 14, 2022 from 11:00 am - 12:00 pm with a service to follow at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - West Side Chapel, 3300 Parkcrest Lane, Cincinnati, Ohio 45211.
