Troy Neal Rudd

Troy Neal Rudd, age 55, of Cincinnati, Ohio, passed away on Monday, August 26, 2024. He was born in Cincinnati, Ohio on October 5, 1968 to Louis Erwin and Carol Scharf (nee Holland).

Troy graduated from Middlesex Community College with an Associates Degree in finance.

He was preceded in death by his Mother, Carol Scharf. Troy is survived by his father, Louis Erwin Rudd III, his daughter, Crystal Rudd, his son, Joseph Rudd, his Step-daughter, Susan Purtee, his brothers, David Lusk, Brian Rudd, and Jeffrey Smith, and his Ex-Wife and friend, Beverly Havins, along with a host of other family members and friends.

Troy enjoyed music and wrote poetry. He was heavily involved in Cincinnati's music scene, particularly in his youth. One would call him a free spirit; He lived by his own rules. He was an author, having written a few books, including Positive Wave.

The Memorial Service will be at 11:00 am Friday, September 6, 2024 with a visitation from 10:00am to 11:00am at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals and Receptions 3300 Parkcrest Lane Cincinnati, Ohio 45211.
