Tyler Fields

Fields, Tyler Michael Mathew age 28, of Middletown, Ohio passed away on Thursday, July 29, 2021. He was born in Cincinnati, Ohio on April 25, 1993 to Bob Rothwell and Nicktena Fields.

Tyler is survived by his parents, Nicktena (Marcy Kirk) Fields and Bob (Betsy) Rothwell; grandmothers, Marie Angel, Ida Rothwell; aunts and uncles, Shanda Wallace, Troy Willis, Sandy Walters, Eddie Sturgill and Georgia Sturgill; siblings, Damian Fields, Christian Fields, AJ Smith, Misty, Terri, Little Bob, James, Devin, Abby and Jake; and a host of other family members and friends.

Tyler loved playing basketball and working with his hands rehabbing homes in the area.

A gathering will be held Saturday, August 7, 2021 from 5:00 pm - 7:00 pm followed by a service at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - West Side Chapel, 3300 Parkcrest Lane, Cincinnati, Ohio 45211.
