Kontos, Vasilios age 71, of Anderson Township, Ohio passed away on Sunday, July 23, 2017. He was born in Greece, on August 1, 1945 to Evangelou Kontos and Eleni Kontos (nee Gjelo).
He was preceded in death by his parents. Vasilios is survived by his beloved wife of 36 years, Olimbia Kontos (nee Leka); daughter's, Angjela Kontos and Elva (Andrew) Hill; grandchildren, Serafina and Ambrose Hill; and a host of other family members and friends.
In loving memory of Vasilios, contributions may be made to Christ the Savior Orthodox Church, 4285 Ashland Avenue, Norwood, Ohio 45212. Mass will be 10:00 am Thursday, July 27, 2017 with a visitation Wednesday, July 26, 2017 from 6:00 pm - 7:00 pm and Vespers at 7:00 pm at Christ the Savior Orthodox, 4285 Ashland Avenue, Norwood, Ohio 45212.
