Capps, Velda Rose age 83, of Cincinnati, Ohio passed away on Friday, January 15, 2021. She was born in Princeton, Kentucky on February 11, 1937 to the late Felix "Lud" and Mabel McIntosh (nee Underwood).
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Clarence E. Capps, Sr., her son, Clarence E. Capps., Jr. Rose is survived by her daughters, Rita (William) Bryan and LaDonna (James) Rahn; and a host of other family members and friends.
