Verna L. Penny, age 57, of Goshen, Ohio passed away on Sunday, July 4, 2021. She was born in Cincinnati, Ohio on May 29, 1964 to James H. and Sally Parsons.
She was preceded in death by her parents. Verna is survived by her beloved husband of 34 years, Shawn Penny; children, Joshua A. Parsons, Michael L. (Star Quintrell) Penny, Crystal M. (Christian Burton) Penny, and Matthew J. Penny; grandchildren, Alex, Zachary, Ruby, and Josie; and a host of other family members and friends.
