Vickie Lynn Calloway

Vickie Lynn Calloway, age 63, of Midland, Ohio passed away on Monday, February 1, 2021. She was born in Cincinnati, Ohio on June 14, 1957 to James and Betty Alcorn (nee Burress).
Vickie graduated from Mason High School in 1975. She was an intelligent woman who was an avid reader, and enjoyed doing word puzzles and games. Vickie loved her family above all else, and was known to make the holidays extra special by making her signature candies for all to enjoy. Vickie was also an animal lover, and over the years she was a caregiver and "cat mom" to many lucky kitties. She was a kind and strong woman, and a loving mother and dedicated wife. She will be missed dearly by all who knew her.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Betty Alcorn.
Vickie is survived by her beloved husband Timothy J. Calloway; children, Lisa (John) Griffin, Lori (Scott) Hicks, and Christopher (Allura Boyles) Calloway; grandchildren, Jaybin, Justin, and Bobby; father, James Alcorn; sisters, Rosie (Tommy) Allen, and Mary (Roger) Hughes; beloved cats, Ollie, Louie, Ohana, Lady Grey and Lucy; and a host of other family members and friends.
In loving memory of Vickie, contributions may be made to either the Shriner's Hospital, 2900 Rocky Point Drive, Tampa, FL 33607, or the St. Labre Indian School, 112 St. Labre Campus Drive, Ashland, MT 59004.
Per Vickie's wishes, she will be cremated and no formal services will be held.
