HAMLIN, Vincent R. age 68, of Fairfield, Ohio passed away on Wednesday, October 22, 2014. He was born in Cincinnati, Ohio on May 23, 1946 to Roy and Helen Lair (nee Hamblin).
He was preceded in death by his parents; siblings, Wilbur Hamblin, Charles Hamblin, Russell Hamblin, Eugene Hamblin, Laura Price, Emelda Martinez. Vincent is survived by his siblings, Clyde Hamblin, Carl Hamblin, Evelyn Bowman, Paula Martinez, Elena Martinez; numerous nieces, nephews, and a host of other family members and friends.
