Obituary:
Violet Duncan Ragster, affectionately called Bunny by her family, was born July 15, 1957 to Allen and Willie Beatrice Duncan in Hamilton, Ohio. Violet departed this life on August 4, 2011 in Cincinnati, OH.
Violet lived the majority of her life in Hamilton, OH where she was brought up in a God fearing and church going family. Violet possessed a slightly mischievous nature, which ensured one never experienced a dull moment in her presence, and due to her outstanding sense of humor, she was always a pleasure to be near. During her lifetime, Violet was blessed with six children, Tasha, Leona, Lee Jr., Ebony, Noel, and Robert. Her daughter, Tasha, preceded her in death.
During the latter part of her life, Violet moved to Cincinnati, where she was employed by Kaiser Pickle, LLC. The pastimes that brought her enjoyment during her leisure time were fishing, playing cards, and crocheting.
Violet leaves to cherish her memory her loving fiancé Gregory Driscol, three daughters and two sons, Leona, Lee Jr., Ebony, Noel, and Robert Mullins, 13 grandchildren, two great grandchildren, parents-Allen and Willie Beatrice Duncan, one brother, Carlton Duncan (Cheryl), two sisters-Julilia Andrews (Greg) and Jennifer Fields (Reginald), and a host of nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
