Walter T. Herbert

Herbert, Walter Timothy age 72, of Colerain Township, Ohio passed away on Thursday, September 19, 2019. He was born in Cincinnati, Ohio on March 24, 1947 to Walter J. and Helen Herbert (nee Werning). Walter was a member of the United Manual Transmission Racers and enjoyed coaching baseball and soccer. He was a master plumber and real estate agent. Walter was a loving husband, father, grandfather and friend; he will be truly missed.

He was preceded in death by his father, Walter J. Herbert; his mother, Helen Herbert; his brothers, Kenneth Herbert, and Robert Herbert; and his grandson, Walter "Superbubz" Herbert. Walter is survived by his beloved wife of 39 years, Margaret "Peg" Herbert; his son, Ken (Julie) Herbert, his daughter, Denise Doxbeck; and his son, Walter D. (Emily) Herbert; his 8 grandchildren; his 3 great-grandchildren; his loving companion, Duckie; and his many nieces, nephews, other family members and friends.

Visitation will be held from 5:00 pm - 8:00 pm on Monday, September 23, 2019 at Newcomer Funeral Home - West Side Chapel, 3300 Parkcrest Lane, Cincinnati, Ohio 45211. Funeral ceremony will be held at the funeral home at 10:00 am on Tuesday, September 24, 2019. Burial will follow at Landmark Memorial Gardens.
