Wanda Kirkland McCune, 74 of Colerain Township passed from this life on June 20, 2022 at home. She was born in Loudon, Tennessee on November 11, 1947 to Clarence and Lucile Kirkland.
She was preceded in death by her husband Mike McCune and son John McCune, siblings Maxine Porch, Georgia Harp and Luther Kirkland.
Wanda is survived by her long time companion Wayne Bross of the home, Daughters Amy McCune Laws (Andy) and Dawn McCune Neal (Billy) both of Shelby, NC., and her furry companion Louie. Also surviving are grandchildren Jennifer Laws, Anthony Laws, Timothy Neal, Thistle Neal, Angel Neal (Jesse) all of Shelby, NC, Austin McCune (Brittany) of Barberton, OH, Diana McMillian (Jordan) of Gastonia, NC, and Donovan Laws of Peoria, AZ. In addition, four great-grandchildren, Peyton Laws and Isabella Anderson of Shelby, NC, Aubrey McCune and Huston McCune of Barberton, OH.
A private memorial service will be announced at a later date.
