ORR, Warren age 85, of Cincinnati, Ohio passed away on Sunday, February 23, 2014. He was born on August 11, 1928 to the late Warren and Bessie Orr.
He was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Juanita; daughter, Betty Willams; sons, Gregory Coulter and Jackie Scott.
Warren is survived by his siblings, Ruth Clem, and Robert "Bo" Orr; children, Avery Carter, Willa M. Slaughter, Bill Scott, Anthony J. Coulter, Michael R. Coulter; 11 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; nieces, nephews, and a host of other relatives and friends.
