W.D. Jones, 72, of Lebanon, Ohio passed away at home on November 29, 2020.
He was born October 4, 1948 in Mississippi, to Mildred Blakney and Levi Jones. He served in the U.S. Navy during Vietnam. He retired from Miller Valentine after many years as a carpenter. He enjoyed gardening, and friends at the VFW post 6069. W.D. was loved by many friends and family.
He is survived by his loving wife of 46 years Mischelle Jones; mother Lillie Bridges; one son, William Wallace(little W.D.); three daughters, Karen Kelly, Tiffany (Bill) Malone, Ammie (Josh) Moore; grandsons Macorey Abbott and Austin Emrick; several brothers and sisters; Jimmy Allen, Henry Allen, Billy Allen, Henry Lee Blakney, James Blakney, Jerry Blakney, Ivey Blakney and Liz Blakney.
He is preceded in death by parents, Mildred Blakney and Levi Jones; two sisters, Cora Lee Jones and Sue Blakney; one brother, Timmy Blakney.
