Wilbur A. Scheidt

Scheidt, Wilbur A. age 78, of Cincinnati, Ohio passed away on Saturday, May 14, 2016. He was born in Cincinnati, Ohio on April 22, 1938 to Wilbur C. and Marcella Scheidt (nee Webb).

He was preceded in death by his father, Wilbur C. Scheidt, mother, Marcella Scheidt, his brother, Ronald Scheidt; two sisters-in-law, Catherine Scheidt and June Greer; and his brother-in-law, Charlie Greer. Wilbur is survived by his beloved wife of 58 years, Jean Scheidt (nee Ayers); daughter, Lisa (Patrick M.) Mulcahy, son, Doug Scheidt, two brothers, Marvin Scheidt, Lester (Barb) Scheidt, his sister, Margaret Scheidt, two grandsons, Patrick (Sarah) Mulcahy and Jordan Mulcahy; seven sisters-in-law, Dolores Greer, Mae (David) Stewart, Alice (Phillip) Cooper, Carolyn (Jim) Brock, Sharon (Gary) Metzger, Jackie (Marty) Elam and Wanda Jo Williams; two brothers-in-law, Arnold (Emily) Ayers and Herbert Greer; and a host of nieces, nephews, other family members and friends.

In loving memory of Wilbur, contributions may be made to Shriners Hospitals for Children - Cincinnati, 3229 Burnet Avenue, Cincinnati, Ohio 45229 or Hospice of Cincinnati, Inc., P.O. Box 633597, Cincinnati, Ohio 45263-3597. Funeral Ceremony will be held at 12:00 noon on Wednesday, May 18, 2016 with a visitation from 10:00 am - 12:00 pm at Newcomer Funeral Home - Western Hills Chapel, 3300 Parkcrest Lane, Cincinnati, Ohio 45211. Entombment will follow at Arlington Memorial Gardens Mausoleum.
