William Bacon

William "Billy" Bacon, age 88, died on January 25, 2022 at the Western Hills Retirement Center. He was born in Cincinnati on May 10, 1933 to William F and Gertrude Bacon (nee Cable).
He was preceded in death by his father, his mother, his brother George (Jerry) Bacon, and his sister Patricia Needom Horan.
Billy is the uncle of Deb Eduardo, Pam Bogenschultz, and Jeff Needom. He is the special cousin of Dennis Bacon and Pat Murray and leaves behind many other relatives and friends.
Bill is a US Navy veteran. He and his brother Jerry served on the same ship during the Korean War.
Bill was an electrician and worked in maintenance at the Rosenthal Co. for many years. He was an accomplished artist and many of his paintings adorn his home. When he was younger he enjoyed a good round of golf. Family members have fond memories of attending the Christmas parties hosted for years in his home.
Graveside services, with Military Honors will be Tuesday, February 1, 2022 at 1:00 PM in Maple Grove Cemetery in Cleves, Ohio.
The family requests memorials to be directed to Westwood Elementary Art Department, 2981 Montana Ave. 45211
