Boone, William Leighton age 83, of Ft. Wright, Kentucky passed away on Saturday, April 20, 2024. He was born in Somerset, Kentucky on May 24, 1940 to the late Curtis and Edith Boone (nee Jones).

He was preceded in death by his parents and siblings, Ann Betty Kilby and Ronald Boone. Bill is survived by his beloved wife of 19 years, Glenna Charlene Boone (nee Heath); daughters, Teresa Sinchek, Tranea Boone, Billie (James) Dritt, Sonya Rose and Rebecca Rose; siblings, Jean Weir and James Boone; 7 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren; and a host of other family members and friends.

Bill worked at Ford for over 49 years. He also spent time as a police officer and EMT. He was a member of the Gold Wing Club where he spent time riding motorcycles.

In loving memory of Bill, contributions may be made to the Wounded Warrior Project at www.woundedwarriorproject.org/. A visitation will be held Saturday, April 27, 2024 from 1:00 pm - 2:00 pm with a service to follow at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - Northern Kentucky Chapel, 4350 Dixie Highway, Erlanger, Kentucky 41018.
