William Edward Buis "Ed", age 84, of Cleves, Ohio passed away of a broken heart on Thursday, August 13, 2020. He was born in Tazewell, Tennessee on November 6, 1935 to Millard and Elsie Mae Buis (nee Snodgrass). Ed enjoyed fishing with his loving family, and play cards, including games like poker, and solitaire. He loved driving trucks, watching old westerns, playing bingo, and hunting deer.
He was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Cindy C. Buis (nee Woollet), who passed away 4 days before him, his parents, granddaughter, Vanessa Buis, 6 siblings, and brother-in-law, Ed Schunk.
Ed is survived by his children, Diana Buis, Nikkeya Blazer, Red Buis, and bonus daughters, Brandie Brand and Juli Roberts; grandchildren, Curt (Brandie) Buis, Janel Lowe, Danaye Lowe, Derran Buis, Madisyn Blazer, Emily Blazer, and Bobby Blazer and bonus grandson Tray Matthews; great-granddaughter, Kelseah Lowe; siblings, Gerhonda (Charlie) Jones, Charity Cramer, Delores Schunk, and Phyllis Clark; and a host of nieces, nephews, and other family members and friends.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
