He was preceded in death by his Father, William A Cochran, Sr., Mother, Helen Bolden. William is survived by his beloved wife, Gena M. Cochran (nee Arnett); daughter, Jeanette Marie (Steven) Cochran; son, Theodore S. Durham; and a host of other family members and friends.
