William Lawrence Lubbe

Lubbe, William age 71, of Cincinnati, Ohio passed away on Monday, September 26, 2022. He was born in Covington, Kentucky on February 17, 1951 to the late Lawrence William and Mary Louise Lubbe (nee Hafner).

Bill is survived by his beloved wife of 40 years, Cheryl Lubbe (nee Gindele); children, Matthew Robert (Rachel) Lubbe and Erin Louise (Evan) Beckstedt; grandchildren, John Lubbe, Mary Lubbe, Alex Lubbe, Isaac Lubbe and Lincoln Beckstedt; nephews, Ryan Gindele, Michael Gindele and Jonathan Gindele; brothers, Ron (Alice) Lubbe and David (Karen) Lubbe; brother-in-law, Russell Gindele; and a host of other family members and friends.

In his younger days, Bill enjoyed primitive camping. He never met an animal that he didn't love, especially cats. He also loved to tinker in the garage, even though he didn't really know what he was doing.

A visitation will be held Saturday, October 8, 2022 from 10:30 am - 12:30 pm with a service to follow at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - West Side Chapel, 3300 Parkcrest Lane, Cincinnati, Ohio 45211. A reception will be held following services at The Farm, 239 Anderson Ferry Rd, Cincinnati, OH 45238.
