William David "Dave" Murphy, age 95, of Edgewood, Kentucky passed away on Thursday, July 22, 2021. He was born on June 10, 1926 to Earl and Cecil Murphy (nee Cummings).
He was preceded in death by his beloved Wife, Rose Ellen Murphy, parents, and brother, Earl Murphy, Jr..
Dave is survived by his cherished sons, Michael D. (Marsha) Murphy, Kevin J. (Mary) Murphy, Todd W. (Susan) Murphy; grandchildren, Zach M. Murphy, Ellen W. Murphy, Michael E. (Ashley) Murphy, John E. "Jack" Murphy, William K. Murphy, Autumn R. Murphy, Patrick R. Murphy; great-grandson, Felix Murphy; cousin, Joan (Clyde) Dornbush; and a host of other family members and friends.
In loving memory of William, contributions may be made to Lakeside Presbyterian Church 2690 Dixie Hwy, Lakeside Park, KY 41017.
A service will be on Saturday, July 31, 2021 at 11:00 am at Lakeside Presbyterian Church 2690 Dixie Hwy, Lakeside Park, KY 41017. Family will receive friends following the service.
