BESS, William N. (Billy) age 72, of Cincinnati, Ohio passed away on Sunday, January 17, 2016. He was born in Cincinnati, Ohio on November 21, 1943 to John E. and Evelyn Bess (nee Davis).
He was preceded in death by his parents. Billy is survived by his beloved daughter, Nicole (Melvyn) Heard; sister, Denise (Rev. Joseph) Johnson; granddaughters, Kennedi Heard, Reagan Heard; nephew, Rev. John E. (Larisa) Johnson; niece, Ashlee M. (Eddie) Moore; and a host of other family members and friends.
Funeral Ceremony will be at 4:00 pm Saturday, January 30, 2016 with a gathering with family and friends from 3:00 pm - 4:00 pm at Newcomer Funeral Home - Northwest Chapel, 7830 Hamilton Avenue, Cincinnati, Ohio 45231.
