William J. Procter Jr.

Procter, William J. age 64, of Colerain Township, Ohio passed away on Wednesday, March 7, 2018. He was born in Cincinnati, Ohio on September 9, 1953 to William Joseph and Margaret J Procter (nee Sowers).

Billy is survived by his daughter, Gabrielle Procter; mother, Margaret J Procter, father, William Joseph Procter, Sr.; brother, Jim Edward Procter; sisters, JoAnn (Richard) Schwarm, Melissa Asher, and Sharon (Michael) Young; and a host of other family members and friends.

Billy had a heart of gold and loved his family and friends. He had his struggles but was caring and had compassion for others. "Billy has finally put his toes in the sand."

Visitation will be Saturday, March 17, 2018 from 10:00 am - 12:00 pm at Newcomer Northwest Chapel, 7830 Hamilton Avenue, Cincinnati, Ohio 45231 followed by Funeral Ceremony will be 12:00 pm. Billy's final resting place will be at Arlington Memorial Gardens.
