He is survived by his wife, Bonnie J Roy of Winchester; son, William Frank(Ann) Roy, Jr.; son, Joe Lee Roy; daughter, Bonnie Marie (Ronald) Hillard; daughter, Dottie Kay (Raymond) McNown; also survived by brother, Dallas H.(Pauline) Roy; sister,Vina King (nee Roy); as well as six grandchildren.
