William "Jerome" Willingham, age 52, of Cincinnati, Ohio passed away on Monday, May 15, 2023. He was born in CIncinnati, Ohio on February 17, 1971 to the late William Larkin and Zola M. Willingham (nee Evans).
He is survived by his Brothers, Walter P. Evans, and Willard S. Willingham; also by his cousins, Lillian Smith, Lisa Walker, Christina Walker, George Cook, Veronica Cook, and Candy Cook and a host of other family members and friends.
Jerome enjoyed illustrating comic book artwork. He wanted to become the next Walt Disney. And he liked to paint.
